I have a pull-up bar installed in one of my bathrooms door and I - TopicsExpress

I have a pull-up bar installed in one of my bathrooms door and I made a goal to do 10 pull-ups every time I see it. When I started, I didnt have the strength to perform it, so I used a little foot rest thingy to give me some support. I pulled as much as I could, and my legs did the rest. It takes time to see progress, and I am ok with that. I can do a few close grip pull-ups but I still struggle with the wide grip type, so I have recorded both and hopefully you will notice that I still use assistance to do the wide grip pull-ups. Whatever you decide to do, remember that it takes time to see the results, but it does *not* take much time to FEEL it, and I mean feel awesome but feeling sore is part of your progress too ;)
