I have a question...... When youre working at losing weight, how often do you like to weigh yourself? I used to do once a week, then changed to once a fortnight and now Im thinking Im going to do twice a week, to keep an eye on fluctuations and how exercise and other things might affect my weight. In the past, Ive avoided the scales for far too long, which meant that when I weighed myself in July 2013, it was a horrible shock and although Id been worried that weighing more regularly would make me obsess slightly, that hasnt happened at all over the last 18 months. So yeah, Im thinking Monday morning and Thursday morning, starting from this Thursday, as I weighed in this morning ;) What do you do?
