I have a question for for trainers and barrel racers buying colts and campaigning them.. Would you rather get a colt that is eligible for PESI or BBR stallion incentives.. Pros and cons on each. With PESI you have to buy a Wpra card or permit to be eligible to win money on your horse or your clients or at least the rider has to have it.. With the BBR a man,woman,or child with a BBR card can win money on them.. I need input just on these two.. You can message me also if you want it private.
