I have a question for the group. What do you typically eat on the night before your long training runs or races? I am attempting my first 14-15 mile run ever tomorrow morning, and I have no idea what I should be eating. My body tends to horde carbs and send them straight to my torso, so I dont think weekly pasta gorging is right for me (although a good Italian meal will remain my pre-race ritual, lol). Any suggestions?
