I have a quick favor to ask of all of you… It’s time for me to expand my sales team here at my State Farm office and I was wondering if you might know of anyone that could be a fit. I’m offering $5,000 if you end up referring me a candidate that works out. Basically I’m looking for someone that is outgoing, competitive, influential and a hard worker. The candidate would work for me for two to three years selling insurance and learning the business and then move on to open their own State Farm office. Usually I hire people with just a few years of sales experience but it’s not at all required. I’m looking for the right person… not the right experience.
