I have a reoccurring dream. I am walking in an old city. Cobblestone in place of pavement. A crowd of people walking together; constantly forward in the dead center of the street. The faces are all blank dream faces. Everyone is wearing black. I can move around in the crowd but no one can see me. Nothing that I say or do stirs them. Then in the midst of the crowd I notice someone different. It is a woman. She is taller than most and is not wearing black. She is wearing a red dress. I am able to see the features on her face, which is very unusual for a dream. She is pale and her eyes are searching. She is walking quickly and weaving through the crowd. It is as if she were another dreamer caught in the very same dream as me. I walk faster to see if I can catch up to her.
