I presume from my good guess it was established against entities primarily directed to British Soldiers coming into a household, residence etc, to prevent from imposing violations for informative sake in support of King Georges interests in Commercial Domain and to strategically support English and Mercantalist claim on the New World! The Right To Bear Armaments? Huh! Primarily to Protect! Primarily to Maintain Independence of a Corporal Ideal! To Protect a Person and his offspring! To protect valubles by Authoritive Order, Primarily by King George! Threre are other interpretations that have followed suit and have been interpreted to keep integrity and order in the Law of the land, The right to free speech, then again, to maintain Protecton from entities compromising or dominating a person or an established God Given rite to Protect a Corporal Individual and his or her integrity of safety and peace, Thomas Payne was associated with circulating papers of expression in support of these ideals that were instrumental in his concern, Patrick Henry, an official in his lobbying efforts called for Liberty, in securing freedom, in speech,! The rite to assemble, for primarily the essence of freedom and peace {The rite to bear armaments) the rite to preserve corporal integrity individually in terms of peace and independence! The Federal State and Municipal entities and corporal sanctitive dirivitives are mandated and ueequivicly sanctified by established, historical precedence to uphold this element of the constitution without compromise! The imposed sanction against Illegal Search and Seizure, again to preserve corporal integrity. to allow authoritive entities against profiling and categorizing a persons appearance without any concrete and historical knowledge or even no knowledge for commercial gain! Is the Constitution a valid document and LIVING? body of work? It remains to be viewed! Take into consideration its influence the Magna Carta?, The Articles of Confederation?, The Amedments? ........Well! Whatever way you look at this land and its present proximity, people are running in fear? I dont know the answer to this, do you! We must all take a ggod look in the mirror! And assess how we can contribute rather than violate! A peace branch, an olive branch, How bout the branch the bird brought back to Columbus? There is no reason a Barrister must extract a pound of flesh to revalidate what is already established by presidence and evident in this land when he is getting consideration in legal tender! Federal, State and Municipal Law appointees should not enjoy booty confiscated for the assumed protection and preservation of peace! Slander, Defamation of Character should be implemented as violations of free Speech, to Protect Corporal and Independent Interest!
