I have a serious update on our sweet Bella. One of my blood tests from my baby Doctor had antibodies show up in it. They are most likely from all of the frequent blood transfusions I have been receiving. The antibodies I have are not the dangerous ones yet. They explained to me that there is a big risk of getting the bad ones that could cross over the placenta and attack my babys blood. It could destroy her blood cells and could cause some very very serious problems with her. The main having her become anemic (which could cause death.) They said if worse comes to worse there are a few things they could do. Including giving her a blood transfusion through my tummy, into her umbilical cord and some other complicated stuff. Of course we do NOT want any of this. They will be monitoring her even more so through weekly ultrasounds. I am taking this day by day and thanking God right now for what I dont have. We are both safe and growing perfectly right now. :) There is nothing I can do to avoid the blood transfusions as they are for both of our safety. So, we are just giving it to God and putting all of this in His hands. I just look forward to having her safely in my arms. God has a big plan for her life and I cant wait to share this story with her. :) I am just so proud of my baby and her strength. I share these updates so you guys have something more specific to pray for. It gives me a peace. Please pray that we stay safe and healthy through these last 14 weeks. :) Thanks so much! 💜
