I have a short story to tell… I went to the river today, to my place I call my secret spot… it is special to me… It’s a place I go to find myself… When I got to the spot with the dogs, there was a Canadian goose swimming there… It was not afraid of me and the dogs, and it stayed for a while and then it swam upstream. Later in the day I had forgotten about it… I was walking on the riverbank when I spotted a feather and picked it up… When I lifted my head, in my line of sight was the goose in the river again… When I looked at the feather I realized it was a feather from the goose… When I went to get closer to it, it did not swim upstream, but it floated downstream towards me… It came within ten feet of me and let me take about 20 pictures of it … What I was left with inside of me is bringing tears to my eyes… It was a very real experience that I have to share… The area that I live in brings me so many unique experiences that I have never have had in my entire life… I do feel blessed...and ... it is a true story.
