I have a theory, and that theory states that artists are better business people than they, and most everyone else, think. I also believe that the business world in general could learn a thing or two from artists on how to be nimble, fearless and focused on whats important in your life. Artists are entrepreneurs -- equal parts juggler, magician and stand-up-and-yell-about-it preacher. Last month, my friend Dorie Clark invited me to expound on these thoughts to the class she teaches for Duke Universitys Fuqua School of Business.
