I have a very Hamas-Israel-like conflict going on in my home, with Guapo, my African grey and Al Fresco, my blue fronted Amazon. Guapo is very much the Hamas style imperialist, very obviously fuelled by hatred and greed towards my Amazon, Al Fresco, who simply wants to be - in peace. Long ago, when I took in Al from a broken home, Guapo quickly picked up as to what Als weakness is. Al cant fly very well. His wings were cut at a very young age by his previous owners. Guapo on the other hand, is a tour de force as far as his flying is concerned. So, whenever Al is out of his cage, and wherever he is, minding his own business as he does, Guapo dive bombs him, at lightening speeds, often knocking poor Al to the floor. Wherever Al goes, wherever he sits, Guapo always attacks him, entirely unprovoked. So far, the silence, the lack of condemnation (aside from me - a Zionist) has been deafening..... Except for the screeching from both when said attacks happen. And its at that point where I swear I hear Guapo saying something like allo snackbar....
