I have a very big problem I applied on the 31st of July with every thing required the ID document and grade 11 report since Im in matric both documents are certified I paid a fee of R220 which I have proof. so then last week I check my app status and I see a letter which states they have not received my ID or results or the payment therefore they cant process my application. I tried calling them but no answer. what should I do guys?
