I have a very good friend Ashleigh Jones who has just endured the unimaginable emotional and physical process having a double mastectomy in order thwart the breast cancer diagnosis she received a while back. She is one of the sweetest and dearest humans you will ever have the privilege to know. She is not only an amazing cake designer/sugar artist, but she is a wife, a mother of two beautiful little girls, sister, and friends. Ashliegh asked me to share her blog with you all to educate other women like herself who may be going through a similar situation.
