I have a wonderful group of brothers and sisters that come to fellowship at our house on Saturday nights, and some of those come on Monday nights to study the Word of God. It has come to my attention that there has been a couple of individuals (even a pastor or two) who have said that if they come to those fellowships, they are part of a cult. That doesnt really disturb me. I know who I am in Christ. And I have a good conscience, having served my Lord Jesus Christ for many years, and have good witness from pastors and Christians across the nation who have known me and the ministry the Lord has called me to. 1Pe 3:16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. The problem is that you who stand in accusation of me really need to back up a bit and examine yourselves, and ask yourselves why you do that. Again, not for my sake, but for your own. Is it jealousy? Is it gossip? Is it slander? Is it because I dont do things the way you do, or look like you do? If it is any of those reasons, I just have to tell you that you need to repent. Unless you have valid reason to say those things, it is referred to in the Word of God as Bearing False Witness Against Your Neighbor. That is a serious sin. Again, this isnt about me or some offense I may feel, but it is because of those very things that the Church is divided. I am licensed, ordained, and certifiably crazy for Jesus and for His Glory to shine on this mountain. I work with the Body of Christ for the furtherance of the Gospel and for the Kingdom of God, and part of my Calling is to equip the saints for the Work of the Ministry. I am not against you. I am for you. Now, having said all that, if you think I am a leader of a cult, at least have the courage to tell me to my face, and why you think so. Other wise, I am concerned that you will have to answer to my Father who reigns from Heaven. If you are His child as well, Hell probably chastise you for your ill behavior... If you are reading this, I am not looking for an apology. I understand that you are in the flesh. Just letting you know that you really need to repent. Just saying.
