I have always Loved our Class and worked very hard on our Reunion to represent all of our Class . Following the loss of our Class President all the Photos were passed on to me by her Family , I scanned each and everyone of the photos and created a Facebook Page sharing it with everyone , During the planning of our 30th Reunion many things such as the Class Reunion Picnic were done away with , the professional photographer that took our reunion pictures were done away with , The Cost of our reunion were increased as well , many of our Classmates are unaware of the fact that our group meet after Rainas Death and set up an committed to a Scholarship Fund at the Etowah Foundation , to fund a 500.00 dollar a year scholarship in Rainas Memory , many members of our Class and Friends of our Class have graciously continued to fund, year after year . During the planning of our 30 th reunion, I felt like ,We lost our focus all of a sudden, We were planning for a Party and not a Reunion ! I became involved many years ago , When our reunion was cancelled due to the fact that payments for the reunion were not received in time to fund the event , During our planning for our 30th reunion We were drawing near our cutoff deadline and very few of our Class members had paid , So I posted on Facebook the number of members who had paid , and all our Costs Associated to the event and encouraged everyone to mail in there payment , At that point in time , I was asked by Robin to get my posts approved by her before posting any comments concerning our Class Reunion on the Site that I created and maintained for years , I Started to delete the whole Facebook Group at that point, But I knew it would just punish my fellow Classmates , My Love for my Classmates wouldnt allow me Delete our groups site , Fast Forward 2014 ! There has been a New Group Created for our Class it is listed as Cass High School Graduates Of 1980 Where I quote every member of this group has the Freedom to post comments , As long as Robin approves of them first , of course ! Yet, it is a Closed Group . To my Classmates I love you all ! In the near future, I will try to organize a multi year reunion, If there is interest in a Reunion let me know ! I apologize, if this offends anyone in the Class of 1980 that is working on our reunion , We have a wonderful Class , that should be represented by all , I wish you the best on your reunion and if I can help , I will be Glad to Assist by any means possible .
