I have always been a Gal on the go....A full time job, the one who always asked for OT, worked every Holiday, had Horses, chickens, dogs and rabbits to care for. Cut my own grass, had a garden. Worked on my own vehicle..water pump, brakes, starters, tune-up..etc....Busy busy busy.....Always wishing for more Down time, time for me. Now after becoming disabled and being Blessed to have a Soul Mate who loves me no mater what I am having a tough time learning to SLLLOOOOWWWW down! I cannot shake the guilt of not doing something...anything. How dare I sit and do nothing! Why is it so hard to just relax? Why do I beat myself up about something I cannot control?
