I have always been stout, but things got so bad lately and I was told if I didn’t dominate my weight I would sustain dreadful sickness that I decided to go on a diet. I started my diet tree weeks ago, I noted a long list of all the foods which were forbidden including what I like most: chips, butter, and ice cream. But all friends around me said I am still as fat as ever. Every time I was hit by them I would eat some banned food which I had wrote down to relax myself. And sometimes you know for my diet was so rigid I had to reward myself. Yesterday my friend Kim paid a visit to me. When I opened the door, he said: it looks your plan doesn’t work well you are not losing any weight, aren’t you? Yes, you are right, but I have been trying all the methods to become thinner. It’s too hard for me to lose one pound. Maybe it’s time for me to give up the unachievable thought. John said: you needn’t too depressed, Can you find I am slimmer and stronger than before? I looked up at his, and said: why I am on a diet but you take the consequence?
