I have always said and shown how diet plays most important role in building your dream body. You never build muscle in gym. You break muscle fibre. You rebuild by feeding it right with your diet. I am now moving to last phase of gaining in which I will be on up to 4500 calories a day most of which will be through protein. These are the last 10 days of gaining after which I will get on the shredding mode. Now a few shockers. I eat fat in dinner. Yes, good fat helps protein digest slowly while I go to sleep. I dont eat 3 or 5 or 7 meals a day. I eat whenever I feel hungry. No matter what time of the day. Its important to feed your body when it asks for it. Going to move to mutton as source of protein for these 10 days. Lean mutton is delicious and has natural creatine in it. Train hard with all your heart.
