I have always tilted towards logical reasoning, never believed in love at first sight. I mean it doesnt make sense right?! How do you love a person you do not know? Is love not meant to emanate from liking Character? Manner of speaking, intellect? and the list goes on... or so I thought.......on the 26th of October 2007, I met this boy for the very first time....beautiful, perfect creation of God a masterpiece of the greatest artist of all times and one look at him, I knew I would love him for the rest of my life. My love did not depend on him loving me back, or treating me right, or on him being highly cerebral, neither was it based on the way his spoke, nor his character or personality. ....i had no idea what all these would be but I loved him still from the moment I saw him and I vowed to dedicate my life to care for him, to cater to him, to protect him, to provide for him, to love him. Today He is 7 years old, my lovely son Kaobi, I loved him at first sight and will till my dying breath. Somethings truly defile logic. Happy 7th birthday to my first fruit!!!
