I have an appointment with a therapist this afternoon.... This is this first appointment and Id rather have bamboo shoots driven up under my fingernails while on display naked in town square! In other words, Im dreading it and liken it to unimaginable TORTURE! This is where is gets hard and the layers of sad begin to be dealt with one by one. Maybe Ill get a violent stomach virus and start throwing up before I leave for the appointment and Ill have to reschedule or something really wonderful like that! 😉 I wish I could take Bob with me 😕 He always helps me get through the hard stuff just by being there ... I ALREADY know this is going to be - unfun! Its not even 9:00am and Im fighting back tears. There is another 6 hours till the appointment. My anxiety level is 10.9 and ..... oh, this is just the beginning. I need strength to do this.....
