I have an idea...if you do not dont want health insurance, dont buy it. but stop making it miserable for people who DO want health insurance and are willing to pay for it or see if they qualify. Not everyone wants to live their lives as if they are never going to get sick or hurt. So stop already. Oh and if you refuse to have health insurance, make sure you have a check in the amount of at least $500 in your hand before you call 911. If your going to fly by the seat of your pants and be self pay...then be prepared to pay up front and honestly be self pay.
