I have an idea, it will take some planning and everyone working together but I think it will be good for Indiana semi-pro (or other state,league or coaches that would like to participate) to build up our brand and our state as a whole. Why dont we do a coaches Clinic. Im not saying we give each other all our secrets but lets help each other out. We have some really good coaches who have a lot of football knowledge that if they shared a little info could help out other coaches in areas they might be lacking knowledge on. We can set it up for a to be done in a day. We can find a hotel or facility that has a room that we can use to hold the event. We can have coaches talk on subjects that they are familiar with. We can do timed slots to keep it moving along. Would also like to have a few players talk as well as owners who have a plan to help team stay successful. I will be the first to admit in the past I did not care about other teams and coaches. But Im willing to change. I want to see Indiana football be at the top in whatever league we have teams competing in. College and pros do this and i think its a good idea. All ideas are welcome. If your a coach or owner and would like to speak about a topic leave a post. If you feel this is a bad idea and will never work let me know as well. I feel its time we start working together to build our football state up. There is no reason to not have an Indiana team as champion every year. None of us have all the answers but if we work together we can come up with a champions solution.
