I have asked a lot of motivational speakers over the years, how to apply their principles to ministry --- but NOT make it seem gimmicky or fraudulent... I have yet to get an answer that I can live or sleep with... I am, recently, seeing a lot of quotes and posts about everything you need in life is within you --- bovine excrement ! That is blatant humanism in its most prideful form ! Sorry to step on golden toes ! ... trust in the Lord with ALL your heart & lean NOT unto your own understanding; acknowledge Him in ALL your ways, & He shall direct your steps... ... You want to live by faith ? Whose Faith ? Do you look for Facebook friends with REV in their names --- trusting they have big churches & lots of $$$ to give away ? [MOST foreign missionary outreaches DO --- I get their solicitations !] At least they learned SOMETHING in Bible School ! SMH ! ... DO get off your butts (if you can), put on your armor, and go wage some warfare ! declare sovereignty over your homes & families, health & jobs --- Proclaim NO fly Zones, NO cancer zones, NO lyme zones, NO diabetes zones, etc. Ive seen this done & witnessed the amazing results... We can NO longer sit back on our blessed ass-urances & name it & claim it till the sky falls (because we deserve it, somehow) ! The wolves are AT the door ! We who endure to the end (thru the refiners fire) will be saved ! ... Ive recently shared a lot of my martyrs art --- the blood & suffering that purchased our Christian Heritage... What makes us SO arrogantly self-assured that we wont have to pay such a price ? Our brothers & sisters around the world were comfortably in their homes last week --- they were given a choice to convert or die --- not much different from the funnel cloud on the western edge of Joplin a few years ago, or the bulldozers in my Youngstown, OHIO yard get out / youve got 48 hours !
