I have bad knees I hear this a lot from people who are doing the stairs but walking them and not really pushing themselves or in gyms from guys doing Barbie weights. Heres the truth: you dont have bad knees, you have a BAD diet which is causing inflammation joint/muscle pain. You dont have bad knees, you have bad flexibility habits. You dont have bad knees you just have a BAD case of being an excuse maker. You dont have bad knees, you have a habit of playing the victim. All of these are YOUR fault. And all of these are fixable. So unless you have a serious knee issue from a past car accident, or crazy sports injury, youre just a pansy. Stop eating shit. Eliminate foods that are high in Flour/sugar/processed oils because these cause systemic inflammation. Stretch more. Rollout muscles more. Get deep tissue massages more. Accept responsibility for your actions. And just stop being a p***sy. Youre not excused from being fat just because you created some lame excuse. Its not making you better and no one is going to coddle you. STFU, man up/woman up, Step The F up! Be more. Do more. Youre welcome.
