I have been at the lowest of the low homeless, and living on the streets, I have lived in a homeless shelter. I have been the person to learn how little people care if you dont have a high school education, I have experienced what it is like to life off of just 12k - 13k a year. But in the year 2014 things managed to turn around, we went from a 12k salary a year to roughly 20k a year, which though it is not much a lot more happened. I decided to take the HiSet Exam in the state of Montana which I passed flying colors, I need to score at a high school level but in the end I scored at a college level. I managed to get a secured credit card to start building up my credit, at the same time my wife managed to qualify for financing for a car, so she is working on building her credit as well. But one of the biggest things that happened for me in the year 2014 was enrolling into Full Sail University so that I could start a professional education to obtaining my B.S. in Web Design, and Development allowing me to start off 2015 on an amazing foot. I also made the plans to start planning for the future financially, so going into the year 2015 I can make smart decisions with money, save for the times when the money will be needed most. I will no that no matter what happens we are secured, but most importantly it is time to let our money make more money for us. So I will be starting on the path of being an investor, now of course one of my biggest investments is in my education. Because we all know that the more education you have the better paying job you can get. Now unfortunately 2014 was not all roses, there was plenty that was not wanted but it ended up happening anyway outside of our control. My good friend that I almost looked to as a father Timothy Fultz passed away, it was a rough time for everyone we all miss him dearly. But no matter what we do we cannot bring him back, I just hope he knows that he also helped me learn quite a bit about being smart with money, he helped me succeed at getting my license so I could drive when needed. But on top of that I made the big decision to leave the state of P.A. which not only disappointed plenty of people, it disappointed my wife most of all it made her feel trapped, and that I took her away from her family. Well even though I did make a huge decision to move to Montana at this point it does not look like we will be continuing to live out here, within like a year and a half to two years we will be moving back to P.A. It will be even sooner if I can land a web development job out there. Now something that I have made a big decision to do is as of 2015 I will never touch a cigarette again, and if people really wanna quote me on that I truly encourage them to. I have better things to do with my life then trying to cut my life shorter, and not to mention what kinda financial security am I providing for my family if I am trying to kill myself off early because of a stupid nicotine addiction. So I wish a happy New Year to everyone, hope you all stay as responsible as possible we wouldnt want to start the New Year off bad. I hope you all succeed with your New Year resolutions. Oh I suppose I should provide some New Year resolutions as well, I will be working on losing weight and getting it under control. But further more I will be working as hard as I can to have excellent grades in university, and trying to get some income flowing in the year 2015. Happy New Year, Everyone
