I have been challenged by my Brothers from a different Mother at the Del Norte FD, specifically Lawrence Trujillo, to do the ALS ICE BUCKET Challenge and I gladly accept. ALS is a horrible disease that robs you of your body and leaves your mind alone. The challenge is to take the ice Bucket AND donate $10 or just donate a $100. I am doing both and doubling down to $200 in hopes that the next ICE BUCKET challenge will be to fight ALZHEIMERs another horrible disease that is just the opposite - it robs you of your mind and leaves your body alone, which my family is fighting now.
