I have been considering the sponsored ads which appear on my Facebook page. There is one about asbestosis compensation. Clearly a phenomenally clever predictive placement (my neighbour Paul was discussing the safety implications of removing asbestos from his garage roof only yesterday). What worries me is that when I clicked through to Wolferstans Solicitors (who placed the ad), I read the following: Dependant on age, individual income and disability. If they are unable to differentiate between dependant and dependent, I feel it would be utterly foolhardy to entrust a complex legal claim to their care.
