I have been deeply saddened to learn that a much adored member of the Oak Island crew, who Shane and I had the great pleasure of working with over the summer, has passed away unexpectedly and far too young. His name was Matt Chisholm, he was 31 years old, and he was without a doubt one of the funniest humans I ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was also very kind, and helped to talk me through a particularly difficult night when I was exhausted from the long days of shooting. Most of all, he was amazing with Shane, who hero-worshipped him. He allowed Shane to follow him around like a shadow, and made him laugh all day long. We quote him regularly in this house. We had the privilege of being with him on his 31st birthday in Scotland. There is a new presence in heaven, and one that I know will make the other angels laugh into eternity. God bless, Matt.
