I have been doing sports on WPDH since 1991...Every morning, every day, every combination of morning show except for one...Wednesday July 24th I got a visit from Mgmt telling me that I have been laid off and there was no longer money in the budget for my meager annual salary...It sucks because in radio you never know when your last day will be and you never get to say goodbye...I waited a couple of weeks to let the dust settle and today I break my silence and say thanks to all the great people I have met along the way that I have worked with and were sponsors...Who would have figured that a guy that loves R&B, Jazz and Disco and does not like Rock & Roll would last over 20 years on a Rock station? It was great and not to worry I will land somewhere else very soon and once again doing the "sports as I see it" and good bye~
