I have been doing very well on my diet and excercise program and have lost 21 lbs so far and I really feel great. So I have a goal to get to 175lbs by my birthday and have less than 20 to go now. I have been contemplating a cheat day just to give myself a break from the grind and here is what I am thinking. Breakfast - homemade chocolate chip cookies and pancakes or french toast. Lunch - pizza or a cheeseburger and fries Dinner - cheese ravioli with sausage , meatballs and garlic bread. Dessert - Cold Stone. Thoughts?
