I have been following up on the HIPA photography competition since it started. This year & after seeing the results / the winning pictures I was quite disappointed... Even for someone, who doesnt understand a lot about photography, I can tell that many, if not all pictures are manipulated in a way or another, in some cases with excess use of photoshop & over editing! Its a shame the HIPA didnt respect the rules they had set for the competition.
