I have been in Seri Iskandar for 11 years. And my school mates have been here longer. I count myself lucky to have witnessed this place going through a development spur.. A vast amount of land with nothing but trees have been replaced with shop lots, new houses, government institutions, and more shop lots and houses. Hardly any forest can be seen anymore. Hard to believe (or even remember) this place before all this happened. Used to be a quiet and peaceful small suburban, with not so many people. I have no objection to new buildings and roads..but I think they are cutting off more trees than necessary.
