I have been looking into something that seems to be a hot topic at the moment. To detox or not to detox... It seems that because of certain non food based detox plans there is a surge of opinions appearing for the against. Yes our liver and kidneys should do the work and should be protecting out bodies from the damages of toxins that we come in contact with. REALITY though is they sometimes dont obviously or we wouldnt be confronted with so much disease and illness. So DETOX - YES & CLEANSE - YES!!! Why would you not pull out toxic foods and stop using toxic garbage to give your precious body a break. BUT for goodness sakes keep it food based!!! No shakes, appetite suppressants and BS starvation diets please!!! If you follow any such program you are just on another yoyo diet - dont argue because unless its sustainable for life its just another YOYO diet period!!! If you want to detox the body, cleanse the system and nourish your body you need to look at a great whole food based program. I have checked a number of them out and as you all know I never comment or recommend anything we havent personally tried. The DCN program would be at the top if my list of great plans and its totally food based which gives it ⭐️⭐️⭐️from us food lovers! If you want some information let me know😊
