I have been on hold with Walgreens in Clayton for 30 minutes 58 seconds. I called in this morning but had to hang up and go to a meeting when my call had not been answered in 30 minutes. I called Jacksons meds in on Tuesday. I followed up on Wed. When Ryan went down there last night it still was not ready. When I call UNC-CH they say they have never received a request from walgreens for Jackson. They would be happy to approve it, but they have to have it in by 4:00 today. Jackson does not have enough of his medicine to make it through the weekend....thats why I started this process on Tuesday morning. It is the medicine that causes withdraws if we stop it cold. If I have to leave my office in Raleigh at 3:00 and go down to Walgreens in Clayton so they can fax that paperwork over to unc-ch by 4:00 on a Friday afternoon so help them God!
