I have been putting off writing this post for a little while but I think now is the time to do it. I am sorry to say that I am closing Sewpumpkin. It has been a great 3 years and in that time have gone from nothing to 2731 likers. However alongside running Sewpumpkin I also work 5 mornings as a physiotherapist and the rest of the time entertaining my energetic 3 year old. When she was younger and napped it was easier to fit sewing in but now I have to do it at night and its hard work juggling it all. Its not been an easy decision as I love sewing but I am looking forward to having time to sew more for myself and my daughter and try out things I havent had the time for before. I am not saying that Sewpumpkin wont ever be back again maybe in the future once my little girl starts school I might need something to help fill the time but in the meantime it is goodbye from me. However as I move house very soon I will be selling off both my readymade items and a huge amount of fabric. So watch out for details in the next few days of when the clothes and fabric sale will be. A huge big thank you to all of my wonderful customers, your support and feedback has been amazing and I am going to miss you all and also to the wonderful online crafty friends I have met since starting Sewpumpkin who have been a great source of encouragement and support.
