I have been rather bummed up lately and so over a philosophical viber conversation with Di, I was motivated to get back and cook. Executing something beautiful is always a source of pleasure. I was reminded of the way I used to enjoy the sizzle of red tomatoes on hot oil, the melting of cream in a red hot gravy, the flushed look of prawns on sizzling pan. Passion is always a source of joy. Passion is inspiring. Passion is what makes life enjoyable. I love cooking passionately and no matter what day, rain or sun, I know that as long as I have a kitchen and my pandora of spices and herbs, Ill be a happy soul :) - My delicious prawns in a mustard cream gravy with rice...bon appetite!
