I have been reading all the condolences, messages, letters (emails) and tributes that have literally been flooding in to my Mom & to us which I have started to reply to on behalf of the family. We as a family are overwhelmed by the kindness, love & thoughtfulness that you have shown us in what has been a devastating time, and to us The Captain was too young to go at 91. Im so proud of my father, that even the younger generation held him up as a role model & inspired them to be the best they could be as testified by the tribute below by Nalin Nischal Tarak in Fiji. Some of the most unexpected people, not here on facebook have sent messages which have completely blown me away. My father is & always will be extra special to me, Boo Jed & Didi Indrani, but to hear it echoed in the correspondence of others for whom his life had an impact on in ways which I never knew has been equally devastating as the news of his passing circumnavigates around the globe. They have sent tributes via emails and memories of what my darling Baba meant to them has made me so proud Im sure I would burst if I digested one more tribute. It seems diffficult to respond in any other way except to say Thank You a million times and then some. It may take me some time to reply but I promise I will do so. As always with love.
