I have been replaying Final Fantasy IX and I remembered: The main character, Zidane, is supposed to be 17 or 18. Garnet, the princess is 16. Freya, my favorite character is 21. Anyway, my point is- when I was growing up and playing this game I was about 10-12. It made sense to have the characters that age because they seemed mature and ahead of my time. Now that Im in my mid twenties, I find it hard to believe that these characters are so young. (Not that I mind it, or anything.) But, I still like to pretend that theyre older than they are to match my age, essentially. Does anyone else do things like this?
