||| I have been silent a midst this mostly new wave of #FreeGaza #SavePalestine phase humanity seems to being going through.... I WILL FINALLY BREAK MY SILENCE OF PALESTINE AND ISRAEL!! Most of you just write statuses, share sad stories, horrific atrocities; and go on about your life, until you open your laptop and the sharing of sad stories and horrific atrocities and writing of statuses continues.... Awareness is different then what most people are doing; most people feel like shit about it all but all they do is share a post and say: so sad and move on with life... or write a status showing how they feel because they have no other way to express themselves (they believe).... This all is sympathy... sympathy is the worst human trait, its feeling sorry for something or someone, with no actual realization of what they are going through to DO something about it! Awareness, is shining light on the PROBLEM at hand, and then showing a solution.... so keep sharing and writing... but now think solution... I dunno if many know their history, but this has been going on forever and like most problems in our world they were caused by someone else, who ran away from the issue. First run-aways, and most vital!...the British.... Under a mandate, Balfour declaration 1919 they would have temporary control over people considered not yet capable of self-government, charged with the task of preparing them for self-government-they hoped as dominions within the British Empire, like Canada and Australia. After the war, the British secured a League of Nations mandate for Palestine. So they ruled over the Jews and the Palestinians with the Jews being the minority. Then the Arab revolt of 1936.” Saw pressure for the British to get out, so they backed off a bit and in response to Arab pressure and in violation of their assurances to the Jews, started to restrict Jewish immigration. A partition of the lands to have Arab side and Jew side failed as it would have seen relocating of 1000’s of Jews and 100,000’s of Arabs. Things Settled down During WWII and then after WWII due to the holocaust there was a lot of sympathy and empathy for the Jewish Race. The UN in 1947 adopted another partition plan, dividing into a Jewish state, an Arab state, In 1948 the British abandoned the Palestine Mandate and left. Arab countries soon afterwards declared war on Israel, and there were wars again in 1956, 67 and 73. Israel won these wars, and as a result Israel now controls the whole area of the former British mandated Palestine. The part of Palestine that is controlled by Israel but not internationally recognized as part of the state of Israel is usually referred to as the occupied territories, but many Israelis prefer the term disputed territories. Now Fast forward of YEARS and YEARS of conflict, 100s of 1000s of people killed, oppressed, descriminated on both sides but mostly Palestinians! So Because negotiations with Israel are getting nowhere, the Palestinians have recently been talking about approaching the UN Security Council to ask for UN recognition of Palestine as a state. The US Congress has called on the Obama administration to veto any premature recognition of Palestine. So Solutions: John Kilcullen said |President Obama could offer US recognition of a Palestinian state, and support for its admission to UN membership, provided certain conditions are fulfilled, namely-- (1) election of a new Palestinian government by the whole Palestinian population, including residents of both Gaza and the West Bank; (2) an undertaking from the new government that it will abide by the obligations international law imposes on states, notably the obligation not to make attacks on other recognised states and not to allow such attacks to be made from its territory; and (3) a credible plan from the new government for achieving control over its territory (credible in the judgment of the US President). Such a conditional offer of US recognition, publicly made and publicised repeatedly, and left on the table while the various parties think it over, would provide the Palestinian factions with a motive to sink their differences and work together to fulfil the conditions-if statehood and self-government matters enough to ordinary Palestinians, they would urge their leaders to do that. | Now issue with that the Palestinian People went from being the majority before WWII to becoming the minority after WWII and the UN declaration and USA recognition of the Jewish Independence. So ever since the Jews have been taking territory after territory with in “Israel and Palestine” that most if not all is not theres, and hence being more resourceful and aided by powerful countries they became more powerful than the Palestinian people and hence were able to oppress them in many ways like they were oppressed in 1930’s 40’s but ten times worst. And because the Palestinian people did not have an “Army” of sorts who can they turn to when in so much pain and danger…. Hamas… some say freedom fighters, others say terrorist either way Hamas is the only thing keeping the Israelis From taking all territories they believe should be under their control, and hence now Hamas become the peoples champions of Palestine. Now things get really bad; as much as the Israelis are killing innocent civilians with drone strikes and missiles whether provoked or unprovoked, Hamas is also killing innocents whether provoked or unprovoked…. As much as Israel is killing MORE innocents then Hamas, innocents are dying both sides. Although Hamas are adopting a tactic that is called the “Human Shield” where they tell innocent civilians to get on top of roofs of their own buildings and Hamas strong hold buildings so the drones can not strike; but sometimes drones strike Hamas buildings while the shields are being made meaning drones have not seen the civilians and causing huge casualties, also speculation of Hamsa grabbing children and dragging them to their strong holds to stop drone strikes or show civilian casualties! Now either way HAMAS as the peoples champion have a responsibility to protect their people and not by any cost and also not lead them astray! And on the other side ISRAEL have a responsibility as a member of the world population to have some if not full Humanity in their actions, and not be so aggressive with the Palestinian people even if they are protecting Hamas they really dont have a choice. Even if the Palestinians were to reject Hamas, who would protect them, they really do not have an alternative.... We can go round in circles who is wrong , who is right and who is more wrong… BUT it wont save any lives…. The point now is, you think the world doesn’t know whats happening? THE WORLD KNOWS! If you in Africa, Asia, Americas, UK, Europe, Australia , know from social media and internet… you think the world leaders do not know what is happening? Now you can continue what you are doing, or you can actually do something, after this post I shall be taking to some of my team members who feel SO much about this situation and we shall come up with a solution WE can help make reality... if you truly cared about whats happening, when you post, share, write... start writing towards what can we do guys and less of this is soo sad F*&K Israel also less of these Hamas terrorists! and more of whats happening in on both sides is wrong, lets make a solution my friends Because you can pray all you want, you can be angry all you want, you can hate on either side all you want and shame them but if you aint having or looking towards and action plan you are creating a false sense of we doing something and thats enough which gives people a false sense of i can go on with life, now that i shared that picture and hence you are part of the problem!! p.s you dont even need to look far to Palestine to see how much you can help change the world RIGHT OUTSIDE Your gate! So less sympathy and complaining, more empathy and action!! Let us LOOK over the wall that blocks our mind, and see the full picture, not just with this situation but in all! ~ We no longer say Fingers crossed for good luck or hoping, we say Fingers busy!!
