I have been trying since my in laws were admitted to the Nursing Home to talk to the medical provider. I keep getting punted. Its 2:14 pm and the Director of Nursing tells me its not realistic to get a call today but maybe Monday (I have clinic all day Monday). I have to tell her that I think its unacceptable to have to wait more than a week to be able to touch base with anyone about how my in laws are doing. Hubby cant get through to speak to his parents, no phones in the room and when he called the phone was taken to the wrong patient. This is very frustrating. Hubby will be going down tomorrow but we will dont know what we need to do (outside of visitng his parents).
