I have been waiting 24 days to do this! Mike and I just completed the 24 Day Challenge where we LOST a combined 27.5 POUNDS and a combined 16 INCHES!!! What did we gain? Energy and so much more!!! So heres the thing.... IF this sounds to good to be true. ITS NOT! Its the REAL DEAL. Yes, I work out ( Thank You Fast Twitch ).... But it was not until 24 days ago when my body started its complete transformation, frankly, into a body Ive never seen on my 39 year old self!!
