I have been working on another update to the Uniden programming - TopicsExpress

I have been working on another update to the Uniden programming file. This file however is going to be scaled back a bit. In the previous few files I tried to provide coverage into areas outside of Edmonton. This proved to be a much larger task than originally thought. I also found that it was taking me away from focusing on the original idea behind the file. To provide the best experience for the scanner user in the Edmonton area in terms of ease of getting up and listening to what you want as soon as possible. For those that still want other areas in their scanner you still have the ability to add those areas to your scanner yourself. You would just add what you want to listen to into my programming file using Freescan and then upload your custom file to your scanner. Keep in mind, chances are your area is already covered in the RCMP bank. So check bank 5 first as you may not have to add anything to listen to your area. Here is the link to download the file - https://drive.google/folderview?id=0B6vVIBz7YgchVG1CdWFwNFFpOU0&usp=sharing Here is the new file layout: Bank 1 - Edmonton Fire Sub Bank 1 - Dispatch & Info Sub Bank 2 - Working Events Sub Bank 3 - Medicals & MVC Sub Bank 4 - Fire Tactical Sub Bank 5 - Training (locked out by default) Also included in this bank are channels Simplex 1 and Simplex 2 Bank 2 - Edmonton Police Sub Bank 1 - EPS All Call Sub Bank 2 - Down town Division Sub Bank 3 - North Division Sub Bank 4 - West Division Sub Bank 5 - South East Division Sub Bank 6 - South West Division Sub Bank 7 - Miscellaneous Talkgroups (Animal Control, Parking Enforcement, Transit Police, Churchill Square, Fleet Safety, Parks, West Edmonton Mall) Bank 3 - Edmonton EMS & Hospitals Bank 4 - Edmonton (Other Agencies) Sub Bank 1 - RCMP Sub Bank 2 - STARS Edmonton Sub Bank 3 - Edmonton Search & Rescue Sub Bank 4 - Traffic Helicopters Sub Bank 5 - Security (City Center, Kingsway, WEM, Rexall) Sub Bank 6 - Railroad Bank 5 - Alberta RCMP (Province wide.
