I have bluetooth in my car but I still NEVER use it. I always switch my phone OFF before I even get in my car. Even hands free is dangerous. Over here the police say that using your mobile phone is even more dangerous that drunk driving. Still so many people are irresponsible and continue to use their mobiles. Give them custodial sentences or fines well over four figures because only when they have had a loved one killed by a mobile phone user will they think of not using it. It should be MURDER not manslaughter when you kill someone while breaking the law because you KNOW you should not be using that phone. You are aware that you could take someones life so its not accidental, period!!!!!!! Life in prison should mean life in prison, not 10 years because in 10 years time, the person/s you killed will still be in the death sentence you gave them while you walk free...!!!!!!!!!
