I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. John 12:46 ESV They say anything can be accomplished when it is broken down into small steps. I do find that when taking on large projects it works best for me to break it into stages. Complete stage one, then focus on stage two, and so on until completed. God is working on us in a similar fashion. He does not want us to remain in darkness. We all have areas of our lives that could stand improving. When we first come to Jesus there is usually more, and after we have walked with Him a while, there should be less. Don’t try and rush it. Walking with Jesus is not a sprint, it is a marathon. God works on us individually at our own pace and you do not become Mother Teresa over night. This is a lifelong event. We want it completed today, but God is working on a masterpiece that will take decades to perfect. Jesus loves you so much that He traded His life for yours! :)
