I have come to the conclusion that people, mostly here in the north ( Im a southern raised fellow ), are absolute assholes about football. So much negativity, so much hatred for people who support a different team. Im reading so much crap about this call, crap about that call. your team is full of criminals the refs are paid for Not one person... NOT ONE, saying grats your team played a better game. When the steelers win, I congratulate my friends and people I knew were steelers fans. When the steelers continued to beat the Ravens in playoff after playoff, I didnt get mad, calling people names, telling people about the rape allegations, the weed smoking incidents. This has led me to a final decision, partly about my New Years commitment to myself, and partly because I realize people are assholes, I will be restricting my facebook usage, but most importantly, I will not be discussing sports with anyone. The people that I have seen posting this negativity are the very same people who have negative, crappy attitudes so I say, go wallow in your misery, I dont need to insult others in order to feel good about myself, my teams and my life.
