I have come to yall before asking for help about the strong urine smell in my house that we are trying to sell. I still need help. I am at my wits end. I have been using OdoBan and thought I had the problem under control. I guess not. The feedback from a showing today was that the house had a horrible smell - like cat pee. (I do not have cats) I do not know what to do. I clean the carpet before every showing and clean the tile floor in the entry with clorox. Do yall have any other suggestions other than getting rid of my dog which of course is NOT an option. Am I the only person who has tried to sell a house with strong pet smells? I am so defeated.
