I have committed myself to always doing the best I can do regardless of what other people think or say. I prefer to work with community minded people who prefer to work in a consensus type of style with others so that it is the community doing the guiding in any work that I am involved in. It troubles me at times, although I fully understand with our history, why so many people cannot work with others in this same manner. I only hope with continued efforts that eventually the day will come when we can get our communities working together again in healthy ways instead of people only being involved in ways that are not healthy or productive..
