I have experienced feeling amazing as a result of giving, its so true that by giving we receive. How about you? Africa Yoga Project is changing lives daily, offering 350 free yoga classes a week to empower communities, change lives and promote peace and non-violence. What I have also experienced through my first big fund-raising campaign is that support and generosity comes sometimes from the most unexpected of people and places. I have been so touched this week by the support of Mercedes Franco who donated GEORGEOUS hand-made crochet items for sale for Africa Yoga Project, and by a surprise cheque I got given this morning from a Mum at by sons school.
