I have family in the middle east, Ive been there. I know how incredible the people are over there - that theyre not savages - but some of the most kindest caring and humble people on earth. Chris Kyle, whether he was aware of it or not, was murdering good people fighting an imposing government that decided to step into someone elses country and tell them how to live. America went over there and, for no other good reason than to swallow up resources and expand its empire, destroyed communities, homes, and families. 1 MILLION IRAQI PEOPLE DEAD, many of whom were women and children. Im deeply saddened by how disconnected many of my friends and family here in America are with reality, and that they would honor and call someone a legend who murdered innocent people. If you were being imposed on, you would fight and try to protect yourself and your family too. I remember reading that during the Nazi era, Einstein was shocked at how many of his German colleagues jumped on board and berated Jews and even developed technology to kill them. Its sad for me to say, but as I look around, this is exactly how I feel when I look at many of my family, friends, and other fellow Americans. Wake up, please. #AmericanSniper
