I have found that the more I use my body the less I judge it, and the more I appreciate it. Even though it cannot do everything I would like it to do just yet, I find that by using it on a regular basis I come to realize that it has almost an unlimited potential. This leads me to Love my body because now we are friends working together to unlock the most power and grace of which we are capable. If you have an unhealthy relationship with your body please use this magnificent machine in every way that you safely can, and youll find yourself the best teammate youve ever had.
